To achieve its objectives, Innowatech is organized in six Work-Packages (WP):

WP1 -  Aerobic Granulation

Main interconnections among the WPs

Operatively, as sketched below, in WP1, WP2 and WP3 several industrial wastewater or liquid waste streams representing relevant industrial activities will be treated by selected promising innovative technologies trying to solve the inherent treatment difficulties of each stream. Through an iterative process, ecological sustainability and economic feasibility of the tested and iteratively improved technologies will be assessed in WP4 by life cycle assessment (LCA) and life cycle costing (LCC) methodologies with the aim to design Tailor made solutions to end-users. In WP5 results from the project will be disseminated and exploited inside and outside the project. Finally, WP6 will be used to manage the whole project.
